Refund policy

Steps for Return/Style Change:

• For return, please mail lazysuzy@gmail.com with your original order number along with return reason within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Mail subject line should have 'RETURN - name - order number'.
• Once we confirm via mail that the return is possible, the return parcel must be couriered within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
• The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing, respective tags and dust-bags (for accessories). 
• Please note: the policies for each of our products differ. Kindly refer to the detailed information below.
• As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item. 
• Our team will inform you once we receive the return courier and provided that the product is unused and with the same tags it came with, we will confirm the store credit.
• We only provide store credit for returns not bank refund.
• For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for a purchase of your choice.
• Refund :
  Approved Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 days
• Exchanges and Replacements products will be delivered with in 7 days
